Kyle, the Social Media Manager
After taking the initiative to reactivate Organic Social Media for iRobot’s profiles in June 2024, I found myself in the unique role of not only copywriter, but proper conductor of stories to our audience. After two years of rebuilding the brand from the ground up, I officially became the leader of our global organic social media strategy, organizing our content plan, influencer partnerships, and community.
My success in leading Organic Social Media has resulted in a 329% increase in Reach and an 125% increase in Engagement across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube since the reactivation, with a very proud and steady +200% YoY in Follower Growth and an average 1.4% Reach Engagement Rate, well above the category average of 0.3%.
Some of My Best Work
Will it pick up dog hair? (Product, UGC Style)
Did you know the number one search query for robot vacuums is “will it clean up dog hair”? To answer that question and show how Roomba is the best for the job, meet my husband’s dog, Billie! As a husky/German shepherd mix, it’s safe to say that if the Roomba can conquer her fur, there’s nothing it can’t do.

Stranger Things x Roomba (Pop Culture)
Inspired by and to celebrate the final season of Netflix’s Stranger Things, I devised an ARG for clever fans of the show to solve. We hid a secret code in the video to complete a bit.ly link, which led fans to an unlisted YouTube video that congratulated them on completing the ARG and awarded them a special discount code as a reward.
